About Vitality Spa Pro
Anna Holm
Founder, Lead Educator & Spa Strategist
Anna Holm is a licensed Educator, Esthetician, and multi-award-winning spa founder with over 17 years of boots-on-the-ground experience in the luxury wellness industry. As an expert in both clinical results and operational scaling, Anna has navigated every layer of the business, from performing thousands of hands-on treatments to the full-scale construction and launch of multiple successful spa locations and retail brands.
In 2011, Anna opened her first award-winning venture, The Apothecary Spa, and has since expanded her footprint into two spa locations, two retail stores, and a specialized spa construction buildout. This unique 360-degree perspective across hiring, training, menu development, and high-profit operations sets her apart as a consultant and coach.
At Vitality Spa Pro, Anna bridges the gap between holistic roots and high-performance business. While she is a Reiki Master, certified Aromatherapist, and Crystal Master Healer, her work now focuses on the "Architecture of Wellness." She provides hospitality groups, spa owners, and independent practitioners with the practical strategies and real-world blueprints required to create spaces that are as profitable as they are intentional.
Whether she is teaching an advanced clinical certification at her Burlington campus or restructuring the operations of a luxury spa, Anna’s mission is clear: to provide the mentorship, clarity, and elite skill development that turns passionate practitioners into industry leaders.
